Rainbows, Doors and a Lethargic Stander

If you are finding it hard to keep up with us and our rapid blogging, understand this. As of last week, this is the first time ever that we have actually had internet access in our home. We have always made special trips to upload blogs, but now we simply sit down at our desk and do whatever we wish. It's great. But it might make your life a little busier. I'm sure you'll find a way to cut out the less important things (ie. watching the evening news, exercising, napping) to make time for our blogs.
I just wanted to drop some quick pics of what's going on in our lives. I just completed a couple of doors (a back door and a screen door). I also sent a dozen cutting boards to a fine woodworking gallery and a gift store in California. And lastly I made a giant letter "R." (Guess who that is for??). A couple weeks ago we went around looking for some things at garage sales. One thing we needed: a crib. We found it. Twenty dollars got us an old wooden crib. In need of some TLC, I bought some John Deere green paint at the hardware store, thinking Ruthie could use some color in her room. The "R" will be attached to the footboard, so Ruthie knows that it's her bed. I'll post pics when it's done.

Breaking news:
This just in...a storm system has moved through our town and left behind a spectacular rainbow in its wake. Just in the last 5 minutes. (This is the view from our front door)

Talk to you later.
Greg

The "jolly" jumper, looking more like the lethargic stander.
